Pandemonium Robotix - 1st Place Alliance Winner!!!

What a journey it has been!  On March 5th our talented team traveled to the Colorado FTC Championships in Denver and walked away with a first place trophy.   We unveiled our radical new design  - and it performed at a much higher level than our previous robot.  The team put it all on the line with an ambitious design, even reconfiguring programming in between qualifying rounds!  Stay tuned for photos and video of the competition.  Pandemonium Robotix Rocks!

Robotics News.......February 25: 1 Week Left Until the Denver Competition

Our design is AWESOME!  Our new platform has extreme maneuverability, fast baton removal and deposition abilities, and will be able to drive over ANYTHING!!!!   We have worked long hours and are ready for worldwide (or at least statewide) domination in Denver in the FIRST Tech Challenge on March 5th.  We have a few bugs to work out but we will be ready!!   With any luck our optical sensors and motor encoders will allow our bot to function on its own (autonomously) for the first 30 seconds - and actually score on its own this time.   We have learned much in the past few months both in competition and through trial and error and we are really excited to see our design perform!

Photos of our New Design: THANKS SPONSORS!!!!

The Arizona FIRST Tech Championship opened our eyes and was an incredible experience.  Although we did well there, we realized that we need a radical new design if we are to dominate in Denver on March 5th at the Colorado FIRST Tech Championships.  Sponsors are stepping up to support us (GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!!!) and we have been able to purchase new parts to implement our design.  Check out the photos!  More to come soon!
